We take pride in the craftsmanship of our kitchen knives and believe in their superior quality. To ensure your confidence in your purchase, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your knife within 30 days of your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange.
Even if it has been longer than that, just send us an email, we'll do our best to help with any issues.

Unused and Unopened Knives: If you decide that the knife you purchased is not suitable for your needs and it remains in its original, unopened packaging, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Returning a Product

Restocking/Refurbishing Fee
To maintain the quality of our products and cover the costs associated with refurbishing and restocking opened items, a restocking fee of 5% may apply to returns of knives that have been opened or removed from their original packaging. If the knife has been used or shows signs of wear/customer damage, a refurbishing fee of up to 25% may be assessed.
