Believe it or not, 15 years ago, I never would have bought a knife over $100. I thought you could get a whole set for that much. I mean, I guess you can, but back then, I had never used a good knife. I didn't know it made such a big difference.

Fast forward to today and now I'm trying to spread the word about how having a good knife in your kitchen changes everything. What used to be a chore is now a pleasure. Seriously, with a good knife, you will start looking around the kitchen for more veggies to prep...because it is fun!

It's certainly the cheapest way to redo your kitchen!

You may not turn into a professional chef overnight, but you'll certainly feel like you're on your way when you have a good knife in your hands.

KAN Kitchen launched on Kickstarter in 2017 with just our chef knives, and the KAN family has kept growing ever since. We appreciate all the support over the years, and our goal is to continue to provide tools that make your time in the kitchen a joy.
