I’ve had the slicer for three months. Have used it more in that time then my Shun/Messermeister/Zwilling combined in 10 years. This is just fun to use. I call it my Hittori Honzo. The length is perfect for easily slicing poultry, beef, lamb, pork, etc. paper thin to large slices. Glides with minimal strokes. Family members shocked that food was ready to eat so fast? You’re done carving the ham? Yep. Can’t say enough about the balance and it’s just gorgeous. Highly recommended for the price. Won’t find this quality and value often.
